Classic Caesar

Made in the style of the great Caesar Cardini, our chefs have given this creamy piquant dressing a Pacific twist using Karengo instead of anchovies to add the unique sea-salty flavour .

Drizzle over a traditional Caesar salad made using romaine lettuce, crispy croutons, fresh  parmesan cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. Or make a delicious pasta salad and pour dressing over bowtie pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh chopped parsley, mozzarella and avocado.
