Rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan Salad
- 100 g rocket salad
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Kato Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 125g shaved parmesan cheese
Wash the rocket salad and spin dry, then arrange onto a serving platter. Wash the cherry tomatoes then cut in half and scatter them over the rocket leaves. Before serving drizzle the salsa with Kato Creamy Caesar Dressing, and then top with the shaven parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
